We can virtually pre-configure your NVR's, Storage, cameras, user permissions and virtually create a system that is plug and play instead of "plug and pray". Service Contracts
New England IP-Video has a host of ala-carte services and service contracts which will enable you to get the most out of your solution.
1 Year Remote & Phone Service & Support
Our ala-carte services include administration via remote control and basic phone support. These services are good for 1 year and is renewable. This service is not onsite.
1 Year Standard Parts w/ 1 Year Depot
Our standard hardware is a 1 year on parts with a 1 year depot which includes parts and labor if the unit is shipped back to the factory for repair. (NVR110 and NVR120)
3 Year Standard Parts w/ 3 Year Depot
Our standard hardware is a 3 year on parts with a 3 year depot which includes parts and labor if the unit is shipped back to the factory for repair. (All other products)
3 year Advanced Parts Replacement
Our 3 year advanced parts replacement is also available.
3 Year 8 x 5 NBD Onsite Hardware Service Contracts
Our 8 x 5 next business day onsite hardware service contracts are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST on Monday's through Friday's (Not including holidays). This service is for hardware replacement only.
